After taking the headphone out of its original packaging to listen in my studio, i later realised that my partner had bined the packaging outside in the trash for the garbage man to pickup our rubbish. The RRP is 269.95. This is the price i paid for in the Apple store. Unfortunately i no longer can refund them as i do not have the original packaging. I have also taken a photo of the receipt to prove the originality of the product. As the product is brand new, it should have one year worth of warranty but as you will be the new owner i canot guarantee that Apple will offer an exchange or refund policy should you have any problems in the future, however you can contact beats directly to see if they will acknowledge any form of response.
